A juvenile accused in a fatal Pune car accident received bail with conditions. The minor driver collided with a motorcycle, killing two. DCP Vijay Kumar Magar confirmed arrest, FIR, and charges of rash and negligent driving and causing harm. The police are investigating the incident.
