Came across this video today-its really alarming to say the least. Are the claims being made here applicable to the entire 13th and 14th gen lineup,or to the high end chips only? Is it at all a good idea to consider getting something like a 13400F to upgrade an entry level gaming pc? also how about the 12th gen processors-are they affected by any of these problems?

I have just installed a rx5600 xt gpu along with ant esport 550w psu. Now the problem is when I connect the pci power to gpu, computer won't start with no display. If I remove the pci from gpu and run it, it works. I am unable to understand what's the problem. Please help me. I ordered both the components brand new.
