Faced with a shortage of enumerators which has hit the ongoing Social and Educational Survey in Mangaluru city, the district administration on Monday requested residents to voluntarily take part in the survey by filling the form online by accessing the link www.kscbcselfdeclaration.karnataka.gov.in.
