UAE committee unveils strategy to attract worlds brightest minds and join top 10 talent destinations by 2031

The UAEs Global Talent Attraction and Retention Committee, chaired by Dr. Thani Al Zeyoudi, met to advance the second phase of its 20242027 strategy. Aligned with the We the UAE 2031 vision, the plan aims to position the UAE among the worlds top talent hubs by attracting professionals across key sectors and enhancing long-term retention frameworks.
