Forgery case on founder of OTT platform

Akshay Bardapurkar, the founder of Planet Marathi OTT platform, along with three others, has been booked by Mulund police for allegedly forging documents and cheating a film producer of Rs 85 lakh. The FIR was registered following a Bombay High Court order based on a petition alleging fabrication of a partnership deed to secure bank loans.
