Supreme Court stray dog verdict: 'Our babies got justice', rejoice animal activists

The Supreme Court has decreed that stray dogs, after undergoing sterilization, deworming, and vaccination, should be returned to their original localities, unless they exhibit aggressive behavior or are rabid. The court has also banned the street feeding of strays, instructing civic bodies to establish designated feeding zones. Animal welfare groups have expressed their support for the order.
