Shifting stray dogs to shelters impossible to comply with: SC

The Supreme Court has modified its earlier order regarding stray dogs in the NCR, deeming the complete relocation to shelters as oo harsh. The court directed authorities to sterilize, vaccinate, and release the dogs back to their original locations, excluding rabid or aggressive animals. Street feeding is prohibited, with designated feeding zones to be established.
