Free Movement Regime helps map 42,000 Myanmar nationals since Dec: Biren Singh

N. Biren Singh says Assam Rifles has mapped biometric data of Myanmarese entering India since December. This is under the new Free Movement Regime. He believes this will regulate entry through the border. It will also help control population growth in Manipur. Assam Rifles Director General shared insights on this policy at Manipur University.
