More than 100 people fined for feeding pigeons in Mumbai; Here's WHY?

More than 100 people were fined across 49 different locations in Mumbai and kabootar khanas (feeding points for pigeons) within 10 days after the Maharashtra government announced the closure of these houses, an official said.
