Makkah: Saudi authorities have arrested an Indian expatriate for illegally using an ambulance to transport four individuals to Makkah in violation of Haj 2025 regulations. According to the Haj Security Forces, the man attempted to smuggle the residents into the holy city on Friday, May 9, without the required permit to perform Umrah rituals.
