ECI completes first phase of Bihar SIR, 65 lakh people removed from draft rolls

A day before the Supreme Court is set to hear petitions challenging its revision drive, the Election Commission of India (ECI) announced the successful completion of the first phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar.
