To get people reading, Denmark to end book tax

Denmark's government, concerned about a growing eading crisis, plans to eliminate the 25-percent sales tax on books, currently the highest in Europe. Culture Minister Jakob Engel-Schmidt announced the proposal, estimating an annual cost of 330 million kroner ($51 million).
